135.6. Usually once I’ve been on a diet for awhile the number doesn’t change like this. I’m fine with any of the numbers but would like to know if I’m gaining or losing or holding steady. Guess time will tell. Now is usually when I stop weighing myself but 4th time needs to be a charm because even if I stop documenting my food I need to always document my weight so I don’t end up in the mid 150’s again.
