honest question, how do you tell the difference between water weight and actual weight?

I keep an eye on my graph frequently. you get a lot of good info from that. my steep spikes or steep dips are clearly linked to something. either bloat or dehydration mostly. that's why it's useful to weigh in frequently. not everyone likes to do the daily weigh in. but if you can overcome the emotional thing about seeing scale gains... the info and insight that you gain is so worth it... because the results from reactions to certain foods or stress or hormones are very clear once visualised on the graph.
