Diario de Curvaceous Cutey, 17 oct. 20

I'm going to assume this is from working out yesterday.🤔 Since I always weigh a bit more the next day after working out.🤷🏽‍♀️

So I've been drinking about 70 to 78 ounces of water each day but I feel like I should be drinking more.
How much water do you guys drink a day? Also if it's more than 80oz. How are you able to drink more without getting that I wanna barf feeling lol? 😅

*Side note, I absolutely love water and I don't drink any other fluids besides water. I just can't get pass 78oz.

Today's Workout: Core,Leg and Glutes

150 Alternating Step Up Forward Lunges
100 Side Leg Raises (L&R)
100 Single Leg Raises (L&R)
100 Weighted Bridges
100 Reverse Crunches
50 Leg Circles (L&R)
30 minutes Stationary Recumbent Bike.

Thanks LRPN1😊💕 I think I'll try water at room temperature. However, I really love it ice cold lol.😅 I think 100oz is definitely doable for me as well. When you drink tea, do you drink it with or without sweeteners?

I drink about 60 ounces, more than that and I'm up all night. Probably an old age thing. 😆

I also get that sick feeling with too much water. When you are thirsty drink 10 sips everytime, but don't try to force chug water. You have a sphincter between your esophagus and stomach that only lets so much get by at a time. Drinking to much at one time can make it slow to get it all to the stomach, so it backs up the esophagus and makes you feel sick. Also standing when drinking can help. As a bigger girl, I notice that sitting down makes my tummy rolls press into my guts sometimes and makes me feel sick after eating/drinking, but being on my feet helps things flow down with gravity. Hope this helps, or at least makes sense lol. 🙂

Wow that's a lot of water. Reading this made me realize how little I drink compared to what I should and I rarely keep track of it. Good luck on drinking more,I think you're doing awesome already

I thought women are only supposed to drink 64 oz of water a day anymore is just extra fluid my doctor only let me drink 7 cups a day to keep my fluid down you got this CC keep up the good work 😊

No sweetners for me. But it takes a bit to get used to if you like sweet drinks. If i feel like sweet, i usually put a little honey. I'd also say find your personal hydration sweet spot. I've always needed a lot of water and feel hung over (yes, alcohol free) if I haven't had my 3L. I also tend to eat more. But more than 3.5L and I'm bloated.

Great fast!! I shoot for a gallon, I don't always make it. I refill my 32 ounce glitter tumbler all day. It's sounds obnoxious, but drinking out of a cute tumbler helps. Lemon gives it flavor. Before I was walking around like crazy person with a gallon jug. 😭🤣 It did not make it easier. Lmao

Jenny, it depends on health condition as well. Such as CHF patients, they typically shouldn't consume too much water and are put on fluid restrictions.
