Water increases scale weight fast. yesterday 215.5, today 218.
yesterday had shredded wheat and 2 roast beef sandwiches. both proven water retainers! today scale... water retained!
90 days ago the connection between the 2 was a theory I heard about.
90 days later, it is a theory proven by trial, data, and retesting over and over.
water weight isn't bad, working the calories in/out and activity level make longer term gains meaningful.
if not in weight loss, then in quality of life and lower medical care cost due to healthier internal systems.
