Have been having a little bit of trouble staying focused this month. But I would imagine I'm not the only one this time of year. That, and my yearly bout of winter blues have been making it difficult. But the sense of self-awareness that I have now regarding the traps I have fallen into in the past has allowed me to easily identify the behaviors that have gotten me into trouble and move past them. I mean, if I can lose ten pounds in a month during the holidays, what do I have to complain about?
