Yes I have been slacking in my journaling, I have been sooooo concerned with homework and school with it being exam week. I am honestly suprised that I have not gained weight with my stress level being so high!! Although I must confess I am pleased that I haven't been snacking! 3 Exams down, 2 more to go... my son also started wrestling so that is 2 times a week. This past weekend I had a loss, not a huge suprise since I stayed couped up at home doing homework all weekend and didn't partake in the normal UFC Fights, or Bowling or Family gathering that would of involved alcohol consumption. Although I did visit my sister Saturday and as they were all drinking Corona I chose Water =)
