Diario de POWENCH, 15 dic. 08

Geeze I am really struggling with keeping my eye on the goal. I don't know if it is the holidays or the cold weather or if I am just at that point in the process where you have to recommit. It seems like on Friday I was all gung ho and today I could barely get out of bed to exercise...and I just did the minimime amount needed. I hope I get out of this head space. I even struggled to not snack this evening, with minimal success. I didn't totally lose it, but I did not need the extra 200 calories without the exercise.

I can see this is going to be a very difficult time....
