Good job... a good goal is one that is realistic and attainable. Be careful not to set yourself up to be knocked down, set yourself up for success and celebrate those successes.
You can still do the 220. Your chart is looking good. I set my personal goals at 2 lb / week. I started 9/11 at 250 and today I'm 210.5. I have those weeks when I get stuck forever, but they tell me that I'm getting smaller while the weight catches up. Celebrate those successes!!
