Six/seven weeks ago I had willpower, but now the thought of chocolate biscuits is almost overwhelming sometimes. I have just eaten two very chocolatey ones (thats 240 cals) but I just felt I needed some sugar my stomach felt so empty. I am tired of being hungry, tired of thinkng all the time about food and what I can't have.
