So I'm on Day 3 of the "3-Day Diet," following it almost exactly and I've lost a little over 2 lbs. I'll record my weight tomorrow, then of course struggle to NOT gain back all the weight over the weekend, LOL!
In other news, last week I enrolled in a Pilates Certification course that's done online. I'm still pursuing the Exercise Science degree at the University where I work, and the Dept. Chair said he'd give me 2 hrs of elective credit for this certification, Woo Hoo!!! It's going to keep me pretty busy, no time to watch mindless TV in the evening. Plus I'm starting another elective course in Legal/Ethical issues for Fitness Professionals next Wednesday. It's worth 3 hrs of elective credit, taught at the University. It will meet in class for 7 weeks, plus a few hrs a week online. Yep, I'm gonna be very busy, but hopefully I'll get some good things out of these two courses.
