I'm really slacking in watching what I've been eating. I've recorded everything I've been eating though (it kinda blew my mind!) I need a bit of a kick everyday to remind me of my goals. Husband has been good at keeping me on track, but it would definitely help if he'd be more of a hard-ass :)
