now that I am back on track with my on going weight loss, I am hoping that over the last few weeks hasent left me to far off from my goal. It is tuff during the holidays dealing with all the goodies, friends and family or some other issues that might encourage me to over indulge. I am soo proud of myself on how far I have came and all the compliments I have gotten.
