travelling again - 24 hours in planes and 8 time zones. i'm zonked!! so i woke up this morning when it was the middle of the night where i came from, and all that the hotel had for breakfast was a plate of bread and a bowl of tropical fruit. so i ate it all. and still felt starving. after 2 days of travelling and eating airplane food, i feel pretty awful. so i counted breakfast this morning as a late night snack fromyesterday (becaus it was, in my original time zone) which made yesterday a big eater day. lots of carbs, but such is food when you have no control over cooking it. i ought to have just fasted and/or brought nuts along, but in airplanes for tha tmuch time, mealtime is something to look foward too and break it up, so it makes the trip a bit better. anyway, today in this time zone starts at lunch. now tha ti have a bit more control over what i can eat, this should be fine. geez im tired. will try to throw in a few prison workouts while i;'m here too, but this hotel room is very small.
