I have been trying so hard even through the nerve & joints pain all over my body. Lower back pain and a damaged tendon on the back of my ankle which I keep re-injuring even when I rap it up with a brace. I am so happy it paid off 😢💪🥰. I also have been watching what I eat because I am working out a little less because of my conditions. I thank my wonderful husband who has been helping me and supporting me through all this❣️. I also thanks the support of the FS supporters. Thank you very much!

I worked out much harder yesterday in a way I have not in a long time. Today I took it a little easier. I am trying to load my pictures of my workouts yesterday. Having trouble doing so. I will keep trying.
