Let’s get active.

I have to say I am the least active person on the planet and the word exercise scares me to the core.
I have a lower back condition, which means that I am always in some of pain. No mater if I exercise or not.
However my mum brought me a heated massager thing and I have started to use this on my back but also in my legs when I get restless legs. I have to say the back does feel a little eased. So I brought a fit bit and made a choice to start slowly and I mean slow. My daughter got all excited and said how many steps are you doing? 6000 -7000?
OMG I started off with 1500 lol. So after a little dog walk and doing dinner I have managed 1965. Not great but for me it’s a great start.
