Using different BMR calculators trying to find my true BMR. So far, it looks like my BMR is 1596, so 1600. Then to add activity, if I work out doing p90x, then it is 1600*1.725 which equates to 1750, if I consider my workouts moderate (cause I can't do all those push ups/pull ups) then it is 1500. So I'm thinking on splitting the difference...RDI 1650 with 45% of that being protein. My body hangs on to carbs like crazy. Body fat is 32%, so lean body mass is 125 lbs. Min protein intake will be 125g, aiming for at least 200. It's all about making the right choices (food) and pressing play!
