Forgot to take BS before lunch--got distracted trying to do three things at once plus decide what to eat for lunch (at 2 p.m.) ended up grabbing a banana from some in refrigerator that were getting over ripe, then decided to make a shake with a banana so ended up eating two, but calories still not too bad. The shake, with blended banana and a cup of ice with the milk and instant breakfast bulks up so it SEEMS like it is a LOT MORE as is over a pint instead of 1 cup of drink mix. Is also "thicker" which is nice too.

Have left over beans from yesterday, but also hb that is thawed so will probably do something with HB meat. Still cooking TOO MUCH stuff. It is difficult for me to gage how MUCH to cook so end up with lots of left overs. I also notice that david is not eating left overs as much now, I think even with him adding salt to my no/low salt left overs they aren't as tasty as before.
