OWL is great in that you can open up your menus to a greater variety of foods. But just like there are rules for Induction, there are rules for OWL in how you add these foods and carbs. Your weight loss will slow a bit in OWL but it's part of the process in learning how to handle a wider variety of foods for the long term. Just follow the rules for this phase and don't add all sorts of foods all at once. There are reasons behind how the foods are added back and how fast. Congratulations on your weight loss thus far. You're doing fantastic.
