This summer I weighed the most ever at 195lbs... I have lost 10 lbs since then and have at least 30 more to go. I have been doing really well as far as eating better (though this week I've only been eating once a day since I've been too busy at work to take a break) but am still struggling to find the motivation to exercise regularly. I think I might start a week calendar with a list of exercises to do each day. I think that if I can see it written out it might be easier for me to actually do it than to try to remember. It also might help to have some sort of accountability to myself by being able to check something off... but we'll see...
