Quarantine has been hard for me too.... I have gone up and down the same 10 pounds since March 🥵.... everyday is the opportunity to start again 💪🏽❤️❤️hang on darling.... you can do this for yourself because you’re worth it!!!!!🥰

How frustrating, Debbie! I hate when I have to buy larger clothes. Feels so defeating in the moment. However, having clothes that fit is important at any size. I am glad you have a plan for yourself. Be kind to yourself on this journey (not necessarily lenient but kind!)

Been there done that. Try to dump some water weight before spending on clothes you might get comfortable in. You can beat the scale, I have so much faith in you.🙏😘

I agree with DP. Calorie counting is the way to get the weight off. I don't know what "modified calorie counting" would mean in this context. Holding yourself accountable in logging for your food choices would help.

It’s not easy!! I too found keeping a food diary helped (even if a cheated a little) keep me accountable. 💕

Sorry to hear that Debbie. The struggle is real but hang in there. The more you stress about it the harder it will get.
Try to have a positive outlook of this negative situation. Do an assessment and see what was wrong and jot down points that can make you avoid making that mistake again. Just small changes will produce great results. We love you...have a blessed day.
