I must get back to recording my food. I've kinda stopped recording, due to eating the same thing all the time. Hopefully I can get it together!!

Just saw your comment and I agree. Is kinda hard to stick to it and frustrating when the food is not in the list to pick it up! I'm a newbie in this site and I remember having my food components on the table looking at the nutrition facts! I even created an Excel table to add them and create a recurrent food as a whole! LOL! I strongly recommend a smart phone were you can add your account in it. I'm using a blackberry and is working great! After eating something I just pup up the program and update it there! Good luck!

Hello Misael! what's so bad is I do have a smart phone and I still need to sync my fat secret on my phone to my account on line LOL. Yeah it does get frustrating when the food is not on the list. I also just really need to get creative with foods as well. Good Luck to you too on this journey of lifestyle change!
