I hate being a woman sometimes. I really really really hate it. I've gained 4lbs in 2 days. It also doesn't help that I didn't record every bite I shoved in my pie hole. I have to try harder to stay away from wheat and to make sure to do my full workout. I felt like crap yesterday!
What's wrong with me?!
