Are you taking liquid vitamins? 

I have sublingual and chewable...I did not like the liquid; but I have them. how are you doing? 

Now I remember about the vitties. As long as you're taking them. Nieces had to take special liquid vitties after their surgery and one of them still does because she can't swallow pills. Guts okay this a.m. So far. Did gluten free pancakes. Actually a treat. But wicked trying to break them down into portions sizes. I had 4, hubby had 10. Will try to keep with the brat diet, which I will get bored with in a day or two.  

do you not get to eat meat on this BRAT diet? Here I NEED more protein and you have to cut it out for awhile!! Confusion. What do you make gluten free pancakes out of? Are you losing yet? Carafate helped save me...I've taken it in liquid and pill form both...it works. Good luck Bonnie 

I'm not supposed to have meat, but I did for lunch. Also had boiled egg. Bisquick makes the best gluten free pancakes. Once you try them,you'll never go back to Aunt Jemima or the others. It's rice flour. I've already had 2 shots of carafate and will keep up with it until. Son thinks I need to get back on protonix or pantoprazole. He too has the same issues. Did you contact FullaBella about her protein?
