okay, so I'm having indigestion pretty bad today, never have had this before, trying to figure out why. Protein is making it worse, so I just had to eat pancakes for dinner and my tummy did not hurt, lol, oh well, it was my carb spike for the week. Got my protein powder in today, gonna put it in my morning latte. Gonna try and eat breakfast by 10 am, lunch is at 1, snack at 4 then dinner at 7. Need to figure out what time to work out, probably before dinner, but then I am not hungry.
