Only half a pound down...but it was in 4 days! And I indulged this weekend. I am really trying to change my LIFE and not just DIET. I wanted pie...so I had some pie. I just adjusted my eating for the rest of the day to try and accomodate that pie.
Also, I think I am addicted to the gym. I LOVE going. Who would have thought?
