Diario de loosinisfun, 19 nov. 08

day 533...goooood wednesday morning everyone!!!...when i first got on the elliptical yesterday morning an set it for an hour an a hill program i always start out the first 2 minutes peddlin backwards just to get warmed up before i set the resistance up to what i plan on doing for the day...yesterday it was 13...well let me tell you...after 5 minutes my voice inside my head was sayin quit ...put it down to 12...only you will kno that you didnt do it...an then ther was another voice in my head that kept saying believe in yourslf ...push yourslf..you can do this...well an hour later i did it...and just like everyday before..i was glad i pushed my body to do the workout...then i got on the bike..an set it for 30 min ...again a hill program...but only 6 res...as by the time i get on the bike...i kno i will be lucky to get my 30 min on it..well 15 min was all i could get yesterday...an ive noticed that since im doing the hour on the ellliptical, when i get home, im usually just wore out...feel like im drained...so drank another half of a protein shake, an that cured bein tired...went for a morning walk inside...but im thinkin today i might try doing my gym workout, an then i might do a morning walk outside...just a 20 min one to get bck in the habit of gettin a morning walk in everyonce in a while...i do miss my morning walks outside...even though its cold i just need to layer up an do it just like i did last year...i just miss that morning air when im walkin and thinkin...well enough babblin about what i want to do...time to get up and get it done once again...catch you all later...have a great day!!!!!
