I cook around half kilo of minced for the week. First i take 60grams of mixed chicken and 15grams of cheddar cheese and heat it for a minute in the microwave. Once that's hot i mix it till it's homogeneous. Then i chop about 100 grams of cucumber and tomatoes and mix them with the minced chicken and cheese. I also add a tablespoon of sriracha sauce because it's low carb and really enhances the taste. I also like to add sesame seeds and black seeds. And that's pretty much it.

This salad is what i eat besides a few eggs and almonds, and it's pretty much how I've lost weight, ever.
