Day 35

Wow have i been gone for 10 days. Im back, hopefully in full force by the end of the week. With 30 days left till Maui its time to kick it into high gear.

Maui sounds simply wonderful! Major snow & ice mess in Calgary this morning. Hopefully Edmonton is better. This morning on the radio I heard about that bull going into the stands. Scarey. But most of all it's good to see you back and getting ready for your trip. I'm so envious.

Yay!!! Sooooo glad you are back on!!!! But Please know, you only have like 3 pounds to lose for your goal weight, you are putting so much stress on yourself, you know what they say about stress?? Stress makes your body freak out and wonders what's going on and holds onto your weight because it doesn't know what's going on! Do some Yoga and remember to breathe! It will be o.k., you are awesome and everything will work out!!!
