Alright, I have just about 35 days to lose about 15 pounds. I'm turning the big 2-5 and I'd love love love to be thinner. I know I can do it, I just have to commit, exercise, and stay positive.
I'm not sure what diet I'm going to follow, all I know is that I have "portion control" issues so I really need to focus on that. I also have not exercised in over 2 months so I reeeeeeally need to get on that. Once I start I hope get into the swing of things.
I'm really excited for the new me! :)
