I think the fact that you are making journal entries and posting your weight is a clear sign that you are ready to pull yourself together and lose a few pounds. When I find myself a little frustrated, I do what I call a low day which is just eating the least I possibly can for one day. That usually leads to a loss on the scale and kicks me into the proper gear. At any rate, just keep posting and doing the best you can, when you feel the time is right you will do things in a way that fits you. Keep trying! :-)
