Every time I think that “if I binge just this last time, I’ll get it out of my system”. I know my eating habits aren’t the healthiest, and I know what it would take to get to where I want to be... it’s just so damn hard not doing what I enjoy 🤦🏽‍♀️P.S. I enjoy eating- in case that was unclear 😛.

I’m avoiding the scale for now🙌🏽.

Do some research on counting macros / flexible dieting. You can eat what you want and dont have to change your lifestyle

The issue is the fat percentage 🙈it’s always the highest, and I can’t keep my carbs low enough to try keto.

have you heard of a simple tool called a habit tracker? worth a Google. I started using them at the start of my journey and still do. I choose 3-5 areas each month that I want to focus on improving. draw a little graph in my diary (days of the month/habits) and each day that I do / don't do something I mark it off. gives me something to reflect on so that time doesn't disappear. makes me accountable to myself and gives me flexibility to not be so hard on myself... some days are bad and that's ok. I swear by my habit tracker... because our habits are some of the hardest to change on this mission that we are on

The moment you start looking at it as a lifestyle change, instead a diet then it will click for you. You have to follow a plan that suits your lifestyle, and that you enjoy otherwise you won't stick to it. I still eat carbs, I actually have carbs with every meal (brown rice, wraps, oats, sweet potatoe) and I've consistently been losing weight. When you fall off the wagon be kind to yourself, no one can be on a diet 24/7 but just have a healthy meal for your next meal and make better choices tomorrow. ❤
