Monday morning = positive thinking.

Have you ever had the sinking feeling of getting on the scales and the little not moving?

I have, the scales can be my best friend or my worse enemy, but I still keep going back not more. A gluten (in more ways that one) for punishment comes to mind.

Whilst sitting here this morning, it came to me that I am so much more than that.....
A good person
A good mother
A good wife
A good daughter
A good sister
A good friend
I love my smile
I love my sense of humour
Plus a whole load more. It just needs to be noted that you all have great qualities and these will always our way the negatives.
I know some times it’s hard when we have tried everything to get that needle to move and it sticks solid or moved in the wrong direction.
BUT WE ARE WORTH IT AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO LOVE OURSELVES.
