I split up the ARX myself as I can't stand looking at a fresh Tony as I'm a pile of mess from the workout. However I'm concerned about your nutrition...or lack of. You really should not be looking at this as a diet. Have a Latte in the morning is useless calories. Your lunches are sometimes a bit better and then you appear to be eating a nice dinner. You really need to be eating 5 times a day (And if you are, pls forgive as Fat Secret doesn't represent that well I know). The Meal Planner tool at the Beachbody site is a great start. If you need info on that I'll be happy to provide.
