day 524...GOOOOD MONDAY!!!... MONDAY MORNING EVERYONE!!!...lol...yeap here it is 343am..and im up an ready to do a morning workout again...only bad part is gettin out in the cold to go to the gym...but i kno if i dont go then i miss a workout that i should of done...id be lettin myslf down!!!...something im tryin harder not to do...tryin harder to stay on track of eating right to..not as many messups...weather man just said 28 outside..no wind...brrrrrr....not lookin forward to that first feeling of cold this morning...lol...but all part of gettin out ther an gettin started...yesterday did frontwards on elliptical and then backwards, have been tryin to do both when im on for 30 min, giving my leg muscles different workouts..i always do a hill program an try and add resistance to the workout as well...gonna keep using elliptical for time being, try an give my knees a break from the treadmill and walkin as far...something i noticed yesterday when it was really cold outside..even though it was warm in house...i was still cold..had to put on a sweatshirt, with long sleeves just to feel warm...something that in past years i didnt have to do until it got down to zero...wish my body would adjust to the colder temps...i hate long sleeves, but beginnin to think it might be something i have to adjust to...if i want to stay warm this winter...i did notice this summer i was cooler then most people an it was easier to take the warmer weather...took more to make me sweat then most...a good sign i would think...well...need to get this body up an get breakfast in me...so i can be out the door by 5am...then when i get bck home gonna do a 30 min walk ...then later after lunch get my 30 min walk inside...might even do that this morning..just not sure yet...to early to think to much..im on auto pilot right now...lol...catch you all later...hope everyone had a great weekend!!!!...
