So my hubby and I signed up with Body Inc and did their 10 week weight loss program.
Even though I have not reached MY desired goal weight, I beat their goal weight.
After 10 weeks, I am 13.7 kg lighter and 54.5cm smaller
Im set on losing more and the eating plans are so simple and we can change it according to what we want - nice variety - not hectic at all - no staving - lots of variety
