Did pP90x core today, day one of challenge. I didn't eat a good lunch so got nauseaous 1/2 way through it. I can't do all the push-ups, my wrists hurt, so I do planks mostly, as long as it is something. I have been doing so well with my food intake, all whole food, so eating chinese today was bad bad bad, been burping chinese all afternoon and now I really feel icky. Totally not worth it!
