341 calories burnt tonight at EMS training!👌 my metabolic age is 25 (I'm 28)😎 burnt more calories than my 21 yo sister in law. Haven't weighed in today, trying not to check the scale everyday. Will only weigh in end of the week again

20-30mins 😃 it's intense and is equivalent to about 4 hours of gyming

Ree so it's an intense full body work out (20-30 mins) that is equivalent to 4-5 hours of gym. They put you in a battery operated body suit that activates 90% of your muscles, it basically makes your entire body vibrate and then you do a range of exercises. You want to die two days later but oh so worth it.
