Did the Kick Box Boot Camp DVD yesterday and feeling it today in my legs. What a great workout! Staying active during the day, instead of lounging around on the couch or in bed. Standing instead of sitting as often as possible. Today I'm just going to take a brisk walk, maybe with a couple of jogging intervals.
