Diario de Angela H, 13 sep. 13

Totally blew it yesterday :( but todays a new day and though it wasn't the best choices for breakfast/lunch, I'll still be within my calorie intake with a much healthier meal choice for dinner. Wasn't able to make it to the Y this morning, had a very busy morning with phones and getting the kiddo ready for school that I had to get back home after dropping her off to call people back. Don't usually workout at the Y on weekends but thinking I might tomorrow. I have a busy day tomorrow with folks coming over for a BBQ so we shall see.
Anyhow, I'm feeling pretty good considering I pulled something in my tummy when my daughters bed broke while I was reading her a bedtime story. Scared the both of us. She now realizes that we do not use our beds as a trampoline. hehehe!!!
Well have a wonderful day friends. Keep our spirits high and calories low. :)

Yours vibes must a worked friend. I only had a small chicken breast and broccoli and some buffalo chicken dip with some chips all during the BBQ. I surely could of put a hurtin' on the dip but I watched myself and I know I had to have burned mega calories cleaning house before everyone showed up. :) Didn't make it to the gym but I will be there tomorrow. Actually looking forward to it, working out always makes for a good day. :) Hope all is peachie over your way Phyllis. :)
