They day Dieters wait for has arrived. The struggle, the sacrifices, the effort, and the uncertainty all are rewarded with a new level of weight. Officially I am back in the 'teens' and not the twenty's or the dreaded 30's! 219 official pounds! Confirmation the process is working, and to hell with the snickers bars, if that is what it takes to succeed on this journey. 1. NO food after 7pm. I'm pretty much online at not eating after 3:30 pm. 2. NO ice-cream. But when I do, it is a spoon full and done. 3. NO snickers. Hardest one, those little fattening delights of diet breaking, weight losing hackers... they seem to be the key to turning OFF my weight loss machine.
And of course, a well balanced 'whole food' meal plan doesn't hurt.
