Well big loss tonight...all smiles. We did a WW pot luck afterwards and boy it is hard to calculate "bites" but I am giving it a try! That is the kind of eating that can get you into a ton, literally, of trouble.
I would like to thank Suzie for reminding me to listen to my body. I still don't know why I was so tired last night, but I need to pay attention when I am, and adjust accordingly.
I am going to continue on this week. I am having a Halloween party, but other than that.. no big challenges. If the Gods are willing and I do the work, I hope to hit my 10% next week...with a 3.2 loss. If I can get that first one under my belt, I know success is just one day at a time away...:>)
