Diario de geo99, 01 nov. 10

A new month and a new beginning. I took the weekend off and kind of partied with family on saturday and yesterday was candy day. I ate a lot, but soo much less than I would have eaten in previous years. As I was sitting with all the other family/friends I was watching others pick where they sat to make sure the chairs could support them and I did not have to do that. I also noticed that although I still have a lot to lose, I am not that super fat guy anymore. And yesterday was halloween and that of course means candy. I am not a big sweets guy, but I usually eat tons on this one day. This year, I did have a bunch, but just didn't want more. I think that even though I face challenges, I have actually changed my lifestyle and some of my bad habits are gone. I have reaffirmed my commitment and want to be in the 200's by Jan so time to get back at it.
