It has been four weeks since I started going back to the gym and eating better. Last week I was able to maintain my food and excerise journal. I have lost 7 pounds in four weeks even though I only lost about a half pound this week. I know this is mostly because I let myself have a cheat night and I gained a little back from the last week. I know next week I'll have even bigger numbers with sticking to my plan. My goal for the next four weeks is to see another 8 pounds gone.
