Diario de Angela H, 30 oct. 10

One more day for my mini goal. Want so bad to be under 270 by tomorrow. Was doing really well until yesterday. Some kind of force field drew me over to Subways for lunch. Usually I can talk myself out of such things but my brain was not responding to anything, nor was I even trying to steer myself away. It was as if my brain shut off to common thought until I had eaten my lunch and then it kicked back in and I realized what I had done. I hadn't done anything like this in a month and I'm really upset with myself but I am NOT going to blow it today.
