day 508...GOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!!...wakin up to the sound of the furnace kickin on..so not to sure how cool it is outside this morning....im guessin in the 50s or so...friend called last night and no choppin the wood today, hes got other things to do more important that gettin wood done...so gonna go out after breakfast an do a weight routine...all the soreness an stiffness is gone today an im ready to get another great workout in...was thinkin while ago before i came on here takin off a few weeks from walking would give the muscle around my knee the rest it needs ...weather channel just said 37 outside with a wind chill of 34....can you say brrrrrrrr....enough to make you want to crawl bck into bed an cancel the day till the temps get up into the 60s...lol...i just need to dress warmer this morning so when i go out in the shop to lift im warm enough so once i start liftin an gettin a good sweat going then i can take a jacket off...shop is unheated right now, not sure what if anything im going to use to heat it...was thinkin if i dont heat it, would be more likely to work out harder to get routine over with instead of resting so much between sets...usually takes about 30-45 min for the workouts, which is without alot of resting inbetween...just enough to put weights on or take them off...an then onto the next routine...well need to go an get started once again ....hope everyone has a GREATTTTTTTT DAY!!!!!...catch you all later!!!!....

addon...morning workout over and didnt even notice that it was cold in building after first rep of exercises...came in house ready to peal off the sweatshirt i had on and cool off...got the muscles warmed up an got the blood movin thru my veins...another workout this afternoon....

4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!
5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!!...DRINKING THE WATER FLUSHES OUT THE TOXINS...!!!!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

14. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!
