My my my. 1? Really? The best thing you can do for yourself is to stop (!) weighing daily. There are so many little things that can cause this and most of those have to do with (yes) time you eat, what you eat, increased or decrease in physical activity, water intake or lack thereof, hormones, stress, lack of sleep, the list goes on. Have you tried hiding the scale for a week?
