Sugar is back up no fault of my own cause Sugar intake is low to non-existant. Guess meds are next. Desert season is starting again. We are taking the RV and toys out this weekend. It'll be my first weekend away since this lifestyle change. Certainly hope I can figure out what to cook and eat for everyone without putting my temptations to far out there!
