Diario de POWENCH, 20 oct. 08

I was traveling today and have been trying to hold the line for the last 3 days. Not an easy task...I would really like to go home and be on track next week. As I moved through the airports today I thought I was doing really well, but at the end of the day it was not as good as I hoped. God, this traveling thing is very difficult to manage diet and exercise. On a happier note, I bought another size smaller pants. A size I have not been in for a very long time.
