Have to face up to it: winter is on the way, and I'm going to have to find a substitute for walking. It's hard because my time is so limited. I need to discipline myself more to go back to Curves and do it after work at least two nights a week, plus Saturday mornings. My downstairs neighbor has an exercise bike she keeps in the stairwell, so I am going to try to use that on the days I don't go to Curves. This is going to be a real challenge.
