I have been such a slacker when it comes to recording my food and exercise here on fatsecret -- and to be honest, it shows. I'm not measuring what i'm eating, and not getting my butt to the gym as often as I should be. I've come too far to go back, and I refuse to let myself fall back into the traps!

Stick with it Jenn. Make yourself do the food diary. It is so helpful. And makes you realize exactly what you are doing. Of course, you already know that, which is why you haven't been filling it out! LOL
